RWR Renovations are recruiting for Multi Skilled Labourers in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

This position is to start as soon as possible and the contract is expected to last up to 18 months.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience working on a construction site, and ideally have their own tools. Uniform will be provided. CSCS is preferred but not required.

Experienced in completing various tasks involving carpentry, plumbing, plastering tiling, painting and decorating etc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete daily task lists set by the Director.
• Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance at all times with necessary regulations and standards.
• Complete daily timesheet.
• Able to foresee issues and plan to resolve them in a timely manner.

Knowledge and Experience

• Multi Trade experience
• Excellent oral and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• An understanding and ability to show excellent customer service skills.

Certificates and Qualifications

• Full UK driving license.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00am to 17:00pm with 30 minutes lunch.

Rates of pay depending on experience.
