I am a well practised project manager confident in running your renovation project. I have a team of local, trusted tradesmen who work with/for me on renovations.

I will visit your house renovation site to discuss in detail your wants, wishes and requirements.

My team will then visit the site with me if needed to fine tune the plans.

I will then provide an estimate listing materials and labour from myself and my team (electrician/plumber/plasterer/bricklayer).

If all is approved, I will agree a start date and a proposed finish date. You can be as much or as little involved as you wish along the way. I am contactable on phone/email/on site for updates/revisions/concerns.
